T halls v.s line chronic 2013

You really need to be more specific of what kind of ski you're looking for. But with the info that you've gave me, all i can tell you is that THalls are soft as fuck and Chronics are stiff as fuck.
 
I think this is greatly exaggerated. Something like Elizabeths or Hellbents are really soft, while Volkl Katanas are an example of really stiff skis. I'd call T-Halls medium-soft and Chronics medium-stiff.
 
do you have any idea how the '13 chronics compare to the '13 domains? i've heard domains are really soft to where they feel dead and aren't lively
 
I have the '12 Chronics and when I handled the '13 model the flex felt about the same. I haven't seen the '13 Domains so this is assuming they didn't change the flex: Domains are some of the softest park skis out there, similar to Line Anthem/Traveling Circus. In my opinion even Afterbangs are a bit stiffer. So yes, the Domains are a lot softer than Chronics.
 
The Chronics are a lot more stable at high speeds and landings. The Domains are a lot more playful and easier to butter.

This is an oversimplification, but it's kinda like the Chronics are made for big jumps and going fast, while the Domains are made for jibbing, rails and buttering. Of course the Chronics are good at rails as well, they're just very hard to butter.
 
I havent ridden my chonics but i got the 185 im 6'0 165lbs and just flexing them they dont feel stiff as fuck
 
You sir are a retard or your a feather. Chronics aren't that stiff I'd say they are stiff underfoot and soft tip and tail. I have them and they are my favorite skis I've ever ridden playful yet you can stop big jumps.
 
and T-Halls aren't that soft. The new Chronics feel slightly softer than they actually are because of the early rise. I'd say they feel pretty similar when skied flex wise. Both the T-Hall and the Chronic are quite stiff under foot but fairly buttery in the Tip/Tail. Neither are noodles, I actually find the Chronic easier to butter, the rise just makes it feel smoother. I'd take the new Chronics if I had to choose betweent the two.

Also to whoever asked the Domains, they are way way softer than either and no they aren't very poppy but you can ollie nicely because you can flex right through the ski. I didn't like them but a lot of people love them.
