T-Halls or Crichtons

I need to know what the deal is with the Crichtons, do they have diffrent or better edges than the TM's? I can get them for $425 or just wait until the T-Halls come out and pay like $500 or how ever much they cost. These skis will mainly be used for park/pipe so I don't care if the T-Halls aren't very good all round. I just need ot know if the Crichton's will hold up after lots of rails.

Dynastar doesn't give out pro models. They give out topsheet graphics.

^ very nicely put. I think the only actual pro model is Marie Martinod's. aren't TMs, Phils, and Crichtons all the same ski, but diff. topsheet.

ive tried t-halls there scary as shit outside the park however the dynastars will be horible on rails and die quickly get the new ar5's they are sick in the park and solid performers outside the park

i skied on the t-halls for a few days in summer snow and this was my verdict: to soft to ski decent out side the park, and not soft enough in the park. but im not a super heavy kid, im only like 125ish.

 
t-halls dynastars arnt different plus the ts will stand up to a beating and also the edge thing makes no dif if ur a meiocre skier

the t-halls have really thin bases and you will get core shots easily. Once water gets in there you are fucked.

now isn't it easy to hate on a ski you've never ridden?

Dynastar makes good skis, the T-halls are a joke. If you are going to go armada, get the AR5s.

has anybody ridin the crichtons? seems like because dynastar had some crappy edges in the past, people think they're going to be crappy until the end of time. who knows man, maybe if you guys took better care of your skis, the edges wouldn't rip out. dont ASSUME crichton's skis are going to be terrible.

Edges rip out of all of my skis just the same. I've had salomons, k2s and volkls lose edges just like my dynastars.

Hitting rails is like bashing your edges with a hammer. So crying about wanting edges when you hit rails is pretty lame.
