T halls got mountd 1cm forward

Had a local oldish guy to mount my skis for free. I understand the risks of free hand mounting, and after all of it one of the skis ended up a little below 1cm forward. The other was closer to centre but still off. How will this screw with my skiing haha? Should I just re mount these bad boys 1cm back? Thanks.... :(

wait, he mounted them for free? or he free mounted them? either way i would ski on them first, i doubt you will notice it at all.

sth's. I mean who really cares at this point lol. I've search barred and basically i'll be at a dis-advantage but whatever right? I'm gonna atleast be skiing but I better learn to always ski switch.

so you had someone mount your skis using a paper jig and he used the lines on the ski instead of actually measuring the center mark? Mass production skis topsheets are put on by a machine and can easily be off of where they should be.

I'd make new friends, he sucks at mounting, I bet you could've done better

1cm forward is going to fuck your world up guy!!!!11

Seriously though, I bought a pair of used skis that were mounted and my fks holes were conflicting with the drilled holes the previous binders were on. I had to go .5cm forward and it's not a big deal and if you can't handle it then you're a pussy.

I had a pair of skis center mounted then got smaller boots and adjusted the binding to them. That technically put them at +1 but I never noticed. If you do notice Its most likely in your head

My invaders are over a centimeter forward of center due to the same thing. Boot sole dropped from like 328 to 310 and I didn't have to remount.

OP you probably won't even notice it. I know

I know people who have had one ski mounted farther back than the other and they skied them for a few years before noticing the tech messed up.
