and the reason i fell in love with the sport. He defines steeze for me...everything he does is so smooth and effortless

and where others have been left behind by the sports progression, tanner keeps stepping up, and to a certain extent leading the progression himself

takes alleys/switch hits to new levels in the pipe. now hes incorporating massive shiftys and a new double

footage from nz shows he still kills it on rails even though he rarely skis them

and no one can doubt his ability to stomp huuuge tricks of big bc booters

the guy has it all, unlike any of his peers. and not only is he well rounded, but he kills any discipline he sets his mind to

the moment i saw t-hall in 1242, i went from someone who skiied for a week a year, to a guy who lives and breathes the sport

i wouldn't say "he has it all, unlike any of his peers". There are plenty of well rounded skiers, but he gets alot of exposure and deserves it. He is awesome.
 
ive barley ever seen him do doulbes, i dont kno why. do you know were i can see his new pipe double
 
One of the best moments of my life was smoking a joint with him at IF3 and some of his crew. He is a down to earth guy who is just doing what he loves, while killing it harder than anyone else. I hope he never stops skiing.

 
yaaa, idk, im gonna get a lot of hate for this, but i think tanner is overrated. sure, hes perfectly steezy and can do anything, but i dont find his style particularly interesting to watch. the whole steeze thing is kind of being replaced by crazy wierd shit. like, instead of spinning a 5 with a tucked-up crouton, its like bio shifty 5 with a super-tweaked nose-kang.

and he hasnt really innovated that much.

also, his movies are repetitive and way overproduced. :P
 
I totally agree.

Some kids at my school who don't do any snow sports know who T-Hall is, he's the only skier they know.
 
he is leading the sport in the best direction!! still holds on to everything being steezy and also steps up the tricks doing doubles and shit. TANNER IS SERIOUSLY THE MAN AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PPL HAVENT SEEN IT FOR NOW.

Tanner hall is defiantly one of the best skiers on the planet but it's undebatable. However with that being said I'd have to say in my mind he's the most well rounded skier on the planet or at least one of them
 
I totally agree. I've been thinking about this recently too, and I have to agree, he is the best. No matter what he is skiing he kills it and makes it look sick. Oh and he's pretty damn good at making movies too.
 
i wouldn't say he is the best all round skier unlike like his peers. True he is a amazing all round skier true he is the best but there is a lot of all round skiers out there but he just gets the most coverage which is sick cuz HE IS THE MAN!! and he is very innovative
 
That double looked real smooth, his run in the pipe this year is gonna be amazing theres no way i see anyone else taking gold at x
 
his doubel is just a whiskey flip as peter would do them with a different style. Anyway it's not like he needed to create somethign new to dominate pipe skiing
 
Watch him in happy dayz, he was landing switch in pow before anyone else was and he also does switch 450 on to flat
