You know that Thall massive hip jump show up on mt hood, they had a redbull snow cat up there and my friend and i were watching them with a bunch of other kids and they had tons of weed in the snowcat and they were all smoking it. Not suprised this happened hahh

i love how its just a classic police writeup and it sounds like a bunch of high school kids getting in trouble for trespassing. then just casually in the last line without anything embellishment or anything its just "Tanner Hall, 25, of....."

I thought they aren't allowed to search you unless they see something or have a warrant

It is reasonable suspicion or something like that so if they suspect it, smell it, see it, it doesn't matter in the U.S. If a cop asks you to empty your pockets you do so, or you go to jail.
