I will find myself in Syracuse, NY this weekend. Anyone know of any resorts that are open already and worth skiing 1 day while I am there. Please let me know. Anything with a decent terrain park would be preferred so I can kill a few hours but I am finding most stuff is yet to open there.
 
Woods Valley in Rome, NY is already open -- I'll be there Sat. Idk if they'll have any park though, maybe a downrail at most. Greek Peak has a small park setup. Honestly you might just be better off hitting up some of the many cuse street spots if you want a decent downrail to sesh on. If you had the time to travel to Windam, Hunter mtn or Big Boulder etc that would probably be your best option for an awesome park. CNY park is dead, Togg & Lab have really been lacking in recent years.
 
If you pass through WNY st all, Holiday Valley will be open. They just got hit with 2 feet of snow and they’re planning to open at least 4 lifts
 
Had to go with Greek peak mt resort. Only 1 open that was within hour. Pretty cool local mountain. Actually had powder in some sections. Worth $49
