Syncing songs from IPOD to ITUNES

So, we all know you can sync songs from your iTunes to your iPod. But how do you sync songs from your iPod (iTouch) to your iTunes? Because if your on your itouch and you buy songs from itunes you would think that you should be able to load them onto your itunes on your computer? Or, if you get songs from a friend you should be able to sync them to your itunes though your ipod? This is really annoying you cant do this! If anyone knows how can you please tell me! Any advice would be great. Id rather not download a new program for this or have to wipe out my old files... PLEASE HELP!

well if you have a mac then you can use senuti, which just takes the songs from your ipod and syncs them to your itunes
 
I dont have a mac. and if you read the thing i said i didnt want to have to download software
 
haha ok first off theres like 5 thousand threads out there EXACTLY like this, and secondly your gonna have to download something to get it to work so just stop trying if you dont want to.
 
if you download them from itunes on your itouch it should automatically transfer them to your library when you sync. but like other people said youll need to download something to get songs from a friends library.
