Swollen black eyes, how to get the sweeling down fast?

i got hit and my eye is really swollen how do i get it to go down quickly besides icing it, and how long will it take for the sweeling to go down cuz its really swollen

20 minutes on with an ice pack, 40 off...and take 2 advil...they are anti-inflamitory and will decrease swelling exponentially.
