Switzerland

Just came back from a week in 4 vallees, staying in nendaz.

Flew into Geneva from Uk, needed to show covid vaccination and Swiss PLF to get on plane. No checks now on lifts or in bars etc. You'll need to wear a mask on public transport which also includes some of the bigger gondolas and bubbles from the valley floors upwards.

Snow wasn't great lower down, we got a light amount midweek, but it was raining at lower altitude (under 1700m) which stripped what little fresh snow had come down.

Most of the higher pistes were decent but were getting chopped up a bit towards the ends of the days. Off piste very variable, but some of the Itinery runs were holding up really well.

Thanks for this.

No one on here wants to help a rich asshole go on his swiss vacay. Maybe people would be more helpful if you didnt have your "my freedom" stick way up your butt. I get wanting less government and more freedom but man you don't need to be a dick about it all over this website like you do

he does it all over a phish message board too where he posts as Westphamunited and gets owned all over the board daily

You realize that a war in Europe has started since I started this thread? My family is from Ukraine and I'll be flying to Poland from Zurich to give one of my cousins money and supplies?

Re read your post 2 weeks later is placing blind faith in the government (s) really a good or honorable thing?

Airlines likely won't let you on without proof of vaccine or negative test within 72 hours - I'm going to Italy/Switzerland in two weeks.

First of all good luck to your family. Second, I don't put blind faith in my government, I vote and participate in my democratic government. If you choose not to participate, that's your freedom to do so. Neither choice is any less honorable than the other. The war changes absolutely nothing about my post

I think a sovereign nation having their world turned upside down this day in age in Europe because of one evil ruler sort of justifies all questioning of the government and their powers.

Putin was elected democratically if there were an election today in Russia I bet 90% of the population would vote to remove him. But it doesn't work like that. Californians had a chance to vote out Newsome and the injections and masks and they didn't.

Giving someone 2 terrible options to chose from isn't democracy as much as the establishment and media wants to tell you it is.
