Switch-Ups?

I have my summer set-up out right now which is basically just a ramp with astroturf and then a box.. I am trying to get switch ups on the rail (Little 180's, 360's, ect.) does anyone have tips on getting this down?
 
If you are trying to do a front side switch up, keep your leading ski's tip up in the air to grip it and the back ski tip down. It has a scissor effect to grip the rail and then pop and throw the 180. Same thing for a blind switch up, except this time your front tip is going to be down and your back tip up. Just watch some videos and pause and re watch switch ups to get a good idea on how to do them. Then just practice, practice, practice.
 
i would say learn 270's off first...but if u wanna learn switch ups then what i did when i first learned them (it was easier this way to me for some reason) was go on unnatural, scissor ur skis (dig into the coping) with ur front ski and then hop and turn.
 
for learning blind switch ups, just act like ur going to do a 270 on but poz at 90 then hit the rail then pop 180 and theres a blind swap, for front swaps, just scissor and pop around, make sure to spot the end of the rail, sorry i fail at coaching people over the computer
