Switch Up tips

learn blind 270s off a flat rail, then find a kink, do the same motion when you get to the kink, keep your legs shoulder with apart when you land, practice a few times, and you'll be golden

try front side if your doing it on a rail but if you have a box do backside so you can just carry your mommentum

when you get onto the rail/box, look at the end and when you feel balanced enough start turning your your back towards the end (for backside switch ups, there easier), then look up to the start of the rail and pop then keep looking until you see the end of the rail again.

i just learned this last month and i got 360 switchups down now.

ski towards the box/rail, does not matter. get on the rail, jump, turn 180, land on rail, slide rest of rail, get off of rail ski away or fall does not really matter. follow those steps and you will have it.

I would have actualy posted something helpful if I could do a switch up and was not extreamly scared of splitting my nuts open.

i started off by going for a 270 eairly so i would get the switchup and then i would get in the groove and start to do them eirlyier on the rial

they are easier on rails. go switch on a rail then do a switch up tward the end of the rail, the switch on will help your momentum.
