You have to wait until you are at the very end of the kicker and then POP nice and hard so your tips can clear the kicker. Another way is to hit the jump with a bit of a carve off of it. That way your skis will be at an angle and the leading edge will be in the air and if you don't get a great pop it's only your trailing edges you have to worry about, which should glide over any snow on the kicker instead of digging in because of the angle of carving.
