why cant i take off switch? i can do 540s all the time no prob but when i try even a switch 180 i get way off balance and i cant even land that...what are some things i can do i really want to learn this. plus this weekend i want to try a 720...how much harder is the rotation for that than a 540?

i was just doing switch 180s last night.. just go up to the jump, crouch and you have to pop really hard. look over your shoulder the direction that you are spinning and pop. you'll spin it fine. they are alot of fun

yah dude, I found that when I was learning I would be looking over my shoulder and all but I would be leaning totally over to that side as well, gotta be super careful not to lean over the way you are looking.

i just started spinning switch and it really is alot easyer to roatate which is kinda wierd cuz i thought it would be harder.

 
the more you practice them, the more easyier they will get, i can garantee that, i could barely switch 180 at the beginning of this year, and i just learned a switch 7

man, biggest tip ever: look over the shoulder you're gonna spin off of on the inrun and for max stlye on any switch trick, ride switch to the jump for as long AS YOU CAN AND OLLIE 180, NO SNOW SLIDING CRAP. kEEP IT REAL.

 
just learn how to do it when your going along, if you can do a switch 180 or switch 360 just off the road you wont have any problems off jumps. This is how i learned

 
just dont lean forward at all, work on skiing backwards, learn how to carve and leanr how to ski switch comfortable, that makes it a lot easier.

just go off backwards and look over your shoulder and you should spin naturaly....dont throw or anything.....
