Switch skiing

make sure your low and bent over. Look over the shoulder that you're spinning towards. When you reach the lip of the jump, start your rotation - if you start too early / late, you case. Once you're in the air, if you're doing more than a switch 180, just make sure you keep your rotation moving and don't stop at the 180.

actually its really easy to want to stop at 5 because of the way you come around.

and switch 180s are the easiest to start with it helps you get used to popping at the right time and your landing regular so its not awkward or anything and your already looking over your shoulder to rotate when you take off which helps.

i spin the opposite way my my head is looking is that bad? I keep debating if i should try to learn the other way but i seem to be doing ok right now the way i am doing.

make sure ur looking over the shoulder that ur going to spin with. it helps to have ur upper body almost parallel to ur skis and remember to pop
