Switch SKi magazine

that being said...its a pretty sketchy website for a magazine, how can you guys afford to give out free copies? do you have any sponsors or people advertising?

and i want to Freee HAT!
 
hmmm, tecnhicall it should be called fakie ski magazine because switch only applies to snowboarding and skateboarding

As for the website, I'm one person and I have a limited amount of time to do all of this. The website does need improvement, I know, but my first concern is putting together a good magazine with solid content.

I'm financing this myself. And no, it ain't cheap. I'm working on advertising for the mag but these things take time and like I said, I'm one guy. I don't have a ton of money and a full staff like Freeskier.

And hey, subscriptions are free. Can't complain about that too much. If you'd feel more comfortable paying for it, I'm cool with that too. Just send me a check. But you don't have to. I'm fine with giving it to you for free.
 
i signed up im not too afraid of getting spam pretty much all i get in my emial these days and i love getting mail from anyone
 
i got an issue when i ordered from jibij...theres not a single advertisement. but it was pretty cool. some ski tests a article on breckenidge. and some other stuff.
 
worst magazine i've ever seen. terrible pictures, terrible writing, terrible stories, terrible design. i'm sorry but if you think this is going to get off the ground you should re-think the whole thing. happy to see people trying to start something new though...
 
I'm working on a way to get it up to Canada. Obviously it's more expensive to send internationally. I'll work something out for all the Canadians though.
