i was tryin those into the pool yesterday....its pretty hard to get back on axis(but that could also be because i didnt have a diving board, therefore i wasnt getting very high) my back was so sore after doing them

I know this isnt about the thread but how DO you get back on axis? I can never do it when I try them into the pool or onto a matress.
