Switch Backside?

this summer when i was in whistler this guy was tellin me about how the snowboarders were sayin that when a skier comes in switch and looks over his left shouler and then spins right, that is switch backside (or vise versa) it makes sense because your back is to the jump at one point making it backside, what do u think?

it is just switch but switch backside in snowboarding is the big thing and its harder then just switch. im talkin if u spin left and look over ur right shoulder naturally not any unnatural darkside shizm

 
i know what your sayin dude. it has nothin to do with natty/ unnatty. Say you spin left natty and so you look over your right shoulder and trhow a spin to your left. so its not unnatty its just backside/darkside. I heard it called both. I wanna see someone hit a rail backside. holla

 
ya, switch backside is harder, but isnt getting recognized, 'darkside' i think sounds like a 9 year olds toy, maybe i was thinkin blindside, cuz thats wut people are callin 270 off to regular these days

 
just natural and unnatural man... no need to confuse. natural is way u spin most comfortably, unnatural is opposite. just like reg/goofy kinda thing.

nat unnat doesnt really look any cooler. It makes the trick harder but thats about it. Its good to be able to spin both ways though. Saying left or right is so much easier because not everyone spins the same way naturally.

dude you dont fuckin understand. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH NATURAL OR UNNATURAL!!! fuck its not that hard to understand. Say I spin left natural. YOu still with me? ok say i ski to the hit looking over my right shoulder. I hit the jump and spin to my left which is natural. That would be backside/blindside.

my intire crew waited for his ass at the bottem of the hill and beat the shit out of him. i broke his poles agianst a tree, and we snapped one of his skis. fucker got uppercutted so much. he was bleeding from his eyes and shit, crying like a little pussy. i busted out a body slam on his ass and broke both of his arms. the ski patroler broke up the fight and clipped all of our tickets. we where gonna beat the shit out of the patroller but my mom came to pick us up.

hey k2skeepimp, why do unnatural? why hit a jump? its harder but doesnt look cooler then just skiing? why do cork 3? cork 7 is easier, why dont we go back to old school cuz iuts easier, its just another aspect of skiing that makes it more challenging, i personally look voer my left shoulder normally and spin right and i find it more difficult so i want it to be recognized. so eat one

first off k2skipimp... Cosco would show your ass up anyday. and this is what some told me back side is(it only works with switch mistys) when you go of the jump turn 180 degreas then spin a misty that is a regular switch misty, but when you go of the jump and basicly do a switch off-axis front flip 540, 7 or 9
