Sweet potato fries

me n homeboy connor cut up some potatoes with red skin (dono the name), threw em in a pan with oil, put random spices on them bitches, sooooooo good. you dont even know.
 
It's easy to fuck up sweet potato fries, which is the problem. I hate it when I get shitty, soggy sweet potato fries, but when they're done right, mmmmm.
 
its hit and miss with sweet potato fries... sometimes they are mushy and bland and other times they are rich in taste and seasoned to perfection, dipped in sour cream theyre sooooo good.

i think that fast food chains would just ruin them...
 
yea the actual 'sweet potato' would have to have so many additives to allow for fast, even cooking so they dont burn the shit out of them

I use ranch or honey mustard with both. So tasty.

Yardhouse has amazing ones.
 
na man they aren't as good as the regular, no hate, i just prefer the regs ya dig?
