Good day, NSers. I recently had a jolly good time mixing some electro tunes on my Pioneer CDJ-900s and DJM-800 and thought I'd share it with you. I do hope you enjoy my newest mix, Swamp Donkey.

0:00-2:20 was good, but then 2:20-5:20 was not for me seemed jumbled all together right there. After 5:20 it got back to being good again didn't finish the whole mix but it was pretty good

 
Lol... that's one of my favorite parts of the mix (the drop at 4:05 is rude as fuck!), but I guess we all hear things differently. Yes, it's jumbled during some of the build-ups, but that's kinda the point. ;) Thanks for giving it a listen!
 
i actually did thoruoghly enjoy it until 2:20, maybe it was all jumbled up but some times this is good but in this case it was a little bit to make me cringe :) keep it going!
 
Right on, thanks for the feedback! I'm into pretty heavy electro and techno and tend to appreciate the harsh, "clippy" sound you get when winding up two hard tracks together... sounds dope as fuck on 100,000 watts, imo, but I also know most people are used to a more clean (commercial) sound and think it's shitty mixing, when really that's what some DJs go for.

As for the specified 2:20 mark, though, that's just one track goin nuts all by itself. If you don't like it, take it up with Fatboy Slim. ;)
