Sw bios

No on snow tips but on trampoline i set them by spinning 180 then pulling my feet up to throw me off axis so on skis i would assume that you throw like a normal bio but slightly delayed so you dont go switch misty

On skis if you were to set like a normal bio you do a sw cork

I meant like spin a switch three before you tilt

Edit, if you watch henrik do these it looks like he sets an upright switch spin then rolls into a bio after he is already almost at 3
