Suspect or 2012

looking for a park ski but still wanna be able to do all mountain. was looking at the salomon suspect or 2012.

biggest difference i could see is that the 2012s are wider...

any advice or preferences?
 
2012 is rockered. It's softer and more buttery so it won't charge, but will be more poppy, for an entry level park rider. Suspect is stiffer and you can take it outside the park more. It will be fast and less playful, more poppy, although you can have a lot of fun on it. Also, it has a camber profile, and is for a more advanced rider.
 
call me an idiot but whats charged and all that?? id call myself an advance all mountain ride, but more entry/intermediate in the park
 
Basically the Suspects will ski a lot faster and have more edge hold for skiing out of the park. They will also be better for larger features. However, if your main focus is to become a better park skiier/ jibber, and you care less about skiing fast all mountain, the 2012 may suit you better.

The 2012 is rockered, and is wider than the suspect. It will hold up better out of the park than the suspect. The 2012 is also more durable than the suspect.

OP go with the 2012, it will last you longer and you will be able to take it all over the mountain
 
I did forget about the width, and yes the 2012 will handle better in pow, but in crud or on groomers, I don't know. I feel like the more edge hold the better.
