I went to Japan and had the best sushi on the planet. I love raw salmon, cooked salmon, raw tuna, cooked tuna, raw octopus, cooked octopus, cooked shrimp, raw crab, cooked crab, and I don't think it counts as sushi since it isn't a fish, but I ate a plate of raw horse-meat on a small ball of rice, much like sushi, but horsemeat instead of fish.

Cali, philly, spider, dynamite, pretty much anything. I usually get a combo plate when i'm there. It has teriyaki chicken, seafood salad, california rolls, tempura(veg and shrimp), and other random things.
