well, thats the problem for me too. water, i have city water so i cant leave it on a long time or else it gets expensive. especially since colorado is in a drought. but if you have well water or something like that you cna leave it on forever

no, you cant make snow in those summer. those 'Snow Majic' things probably cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. you can make mist though, or use it as a water gun, sorta....haha

i know people who have made them so i dont think theyre expensive... youd just be selling a nozzle or something to hook up to a compressor right?

dont be skeptical because its cheap. T Guns are very cheap to make. all the parts when i built mine cost just about 30-35 dollars. and its not like im earning a lot anyways. if i did this, i would just do it cause most people have absolutely no idea how to build one and this would be hte easy way.

how did the gun work when you used it? how much snow did it make and how fast?

yes, you need an air compressor too. it has to produce at leat 4 CFM @ 90 psi to work well. and the amount of snow depends on hte size of your compressor too. depending on your air compressor, you could produce a few inches per hour, if you have a really nice compressor. the usual is around an inch an hour. but everything depends on your compressor, temperature, lots of stuff. but either way, youll have enough snow to like it a rail in an hour or two.

hahaha. 32 F is 0 Celcius. of course the kits are high quality. it would be exactly what i used to build mine, theres not much to it. you just need to know how to do it and what to buy. if i did it id include instructions too, but i could probably sell them pre made for all you lazy people for a little bit more.

alright i didnt read the whole thread so if i repeat, im sorry. dont be skeptical about the price.... he is just selling the piping (im pretty sure) that couldnt cost too much. the bulk of the cost is the air compressor or pressure washer. air compressors are better.you can also make snow in like 40 F weather, as long as the humidty is very low.. like under 5 i think it is (unlikely). its a good deal... not sure i would buy one because im not sure about leaving water in the hose when its not pumping water. the water could freeze and expand, ruining the hose. haha but thats me

ok...first of all, the kit would consist of all the piping, nozzles, drill bits and everything + instruction (mine cost about 30-35 bucks). the garden hose wont freeze if hte water is running, and you bring the hose inside when your done with it. not too hard to figure otu
