Surgery thread

I fucked my knee on a 10 foot 360 on a windlip first run of the day. It's one of those things you just do and don't think anything of. stupid mistake.
I don't ski to push myself, I ski to have fun, and part of that entails pushing myself to get better. Every day I ski is worth it.
So yea, it sucks, but it happens, it's all part of it. and when I come back, I will still throw down as hard as is fun, and it will still be worth it!

That fuc.ing sucks I haven't broken any bones, because of skiing but it's gotta be awful, and I'm predicting one next week. I have a week off and I'm going skiing every single day and I'm definitely gonna try some new shit.

haha I fucked up speed checking a jump and cased it, I wasn't doing anything nuts, It was just a stupid mistake. I laugh in the face of danger ha ha ha ha.

over-rotated a 5, ski didnt come off, twisted my knee and it popped.

definitely the worst pain ever is after the nerve block they give you at the top of your leg wears off. it was so uncomfortable i couldnt sleep for 3 days

ha i'm having surgery that week too! drugged up on the couch is a fricking great way to spend the last spring break of my college career!

Wellllll
i go under the knife tomorrow morning. If anyone wants to come watch ski movies, hit me up.

It went really good! I'm not in much pain at all chillin on the bed. I didn't even get sick from the anesthesia, which normally happens to me. Prettttty stoked.

for sure, I'm stoked. the only side effect is that I'm basically narcoleptic now. I will just go from being awake to passed out in a matter of seconds. it's getting better. haha

even if it was not worth it, it would be impossible for me to stop. im too competitive and i fucking love being in the air
