i looked in search bar and got some of the info i wanted but i need more...

how durable are they im concerned about some major defect that would ruin my season since they are still a young company... im not worried about chips in the top sheet and minor shit...

do they have the fatty edge?

and how many of you think mounting 1 cm back from center would be alright... will i be fucking up the intended sidecut?

someone give me some real personal exerience input on surface skis... please

oh yeah, what kind of warranty do they have?
 
Considoring you have been a huge dick to others in the forums lately, I'm not so sure I should help you. How about you show a little respect to others, and you just might get the same in return.

-They are a pretty durrably ski. I have spoken a fair bit with PowFoka about them, and they seem to be very well built.

-The "Fatty" edge is only found on LINE skis. You will need to check thier website to find the edges thickness. Rockwell 48 edges are the thickest availiable, which are about 3.0mm. For reference, Armada uses 2.5mm edges on most of thier models.

-Mounting anywhere beyond the reccomended mark will affect the sidecut. From my knowledge, Surface's reccomended mark is rather close to centre, so -1cm should be fine. It would help to tell me what kind of skiing you plan to do as well.

-I have yet to ride them, but for some real information, PM Landis Tanaka(Slandis), Powfoka, Seanpistol, Rolllindeep, or Malone. They all ride for/ride Surface.

super light weight really flexy and poppy changed to cap to improve durability and fix all issues they had last year wich was merely topsheet chipping!

owner is a super chill really good guy if you had any issues that were fault of surface i have no question in my mind he would take care of you 110%

im really excited to get mine i rode mine last year 80+ daysand they were still primo! i have not a single complaint!

as for mounting mine were dead center for a straight play ski! for all mountain i would do 1 back!

I pride myself on trying to be as helpful as possible, and thanks for the compliment Hagrid! I'll try to tone it down, and not make others look as bad hahaha.

And to Rudeboy, grow up. I gave you perfectly sound advice, so dont go calling me a dick.
 
I know you guys are talking about the watch lifes, or do I say lives? or lifes?, thats besides the point but, this thread makes me very excited for my live lifes to arrive, and excited that I am going skiing on sat. I feel like a little kid waiting for christmas.
 
I think he was calling me the dick. Oh and please don't tone it down! Also I agree that he has been completely immature and does not deserve anyone's help.
 
Im not sure, and I now wish I could remove my posts. He obviously is too immature to deserve the help I gave. If he just comes on this site to raise hell, he sould find something better to do with his time.

Listen, I helped you against my better judgement. Take the information I gave you, and log off. I, nor anyone else wants to read or deal with your bullshit antics. Alot of people care what is said on here, hence the necessity of Mod and Admins. If you cant handle going about you day with a proper amount of maturity, you clearly dont deserve to be on this site.
