Surface Watch Life Mounting?

So I just picked up a pair of '10 Surface Watch Life's. I'm wondering where I should mount them for park. Mike Schneider says that he likes them center but when I emailed Surface they said 1cm back. I know that Surface gets cracked edges from park but I picked em up for $200 so I won't be disappointed if that happens. Thanks. (+K for responses)
 
Every ski is going to crack in park. Simple as that.

I'd say mount -1cm for park skiing. -2cm for more all mountain skiing. That's just me though

 
So i got them mounted at center, but haven't had a chance to ride them. I'll post feedback after I get to go ride them. Thanks everyone!
 
I have previously mounted '09's that im wonering weather i should mount at home and do the measurements, or should i take them to the shop, is there like a drilling diagram somewhere??, did you take yours to a shop, i think i want -1cm
 
I wouldn't mount skis by yourself unless you're 100% positive you know what you're doing. Even if it's the same holes.

Take them to a shop and get it done right.
