SURFACE SKIS NEED ANSWERS!

alright here's the story. About three weeks ago I ordered the surface outsiders and I got an order confirmation. After three weeks of no updates or a shipping confirmation. I've tried to call them and send emails and have not recieved anything back. Has this happened to anyone and if so what did you do about it. Thanks if you read all of that.
 
Unless you paid for priority shipping, they probably wont ship very fast because of summer rolling in. You'll have em' before winter
 
they are a very small company. if you were ordering '17 outsiders, it will be sometime before the order can get fulfilled. I am sure they will get you the skis... but post updates for sure!
 
I have 16 outsiders...such a killer ski. Surface is awesome. They will get them to you relax big haus. Its the middle of the summer why do you need skis tomorrow

My old moments are completely shot on the bases and I'm heading up to woodward soon.

Well sucks for you man....Surface is a great company never have had an issue with them. Why would you want to shred a summer park on brand new skis? Thrash your old skis on a park don't ruin a brand new pair.

You can buy them also from a variety of 3rd party online stores where you could get them way faster.

I have some skis for sale that'd make a great camp ski... let me know if you want them so you don't have to thrash your new sticks

Did you get any updates from them on the skis
 
Got shipping confirmation. they missed the order in the ware house. sorry I doubted you surface, I usually buy my skis in store.

They aren't hard either...Especially when you are in the business of shipping ski's. It's not like they are busy building ski's.

Enjoy! The Outsiders are such a savage ski so much fun once you get used to them.

That being said...don't thrash your new skis on a summer park. You will regret it in the long run
