Just saw some info posted on the LL2's on surfaces blog. I'm super stoked to have some more info about the skis as I will be getting a

pair this season and thought some others might be interested in this as

well.

We just finished up a little look-book that helps with some more visual

references for the new Live Life series skis. These little gem's have a

8-degree push that begins mid 1/3rd's on the tip and tail to give it

some incredibly sweet float in the deep stuff while maintaining more

platform for progressive skiing. (ie: nose-press, ollies, scrubbing,

etc, etc...) They're available in 189cm and 179cm lengths and have

plenty of "energy" with a 112mm waist.

Check out the pics and technical info after the jump. Here.

Yeah I just noticed that link... It's kinda hard to search when the title has nothing to do with whats in the thread...

other than the rocker they almost look directional. is that just me? are there any more pics of the live life? they just have early rise right?

haha yeah thanks for not tearing me a new one!

^ The Live Life's have the early rise in the tip and some rocker in the tail just not as much as the LL2's

directional? they're not symmetrical, but they're pretty close... and the rocker is about the same for the tip/tail... got to flex the ski the other day and they feel like they would be a lot of fun and have a fairly decent amount of rocker..

maybe it's just because of the rocker but it doesn't look like there is

very much of a tip in the tail. or the tip for that matter. ha ha.

If you think about it the rocker becomes the surrogate tip and tail.. The three stage rocker makes for a sick design olies and nolies are way more easy not to mention that buttering is so fun. And the fact that there are three flat spots makes pressing on rail/boxes all that much easier because you have more surface to balance on.
