Surface - Awesome Customer Service

I just wanted to positively call-out Surface... had a little problem with One Lifes and was expecting them to respond with something like "sorry man" but instead they came thru BIG. Great company, great communication, great fuckin customer service. Figured I owed it to them to put this out there.
