Surface - Are you out there?

So heres the deal: about a month back i ordered a pair of Surface watch Life 07/08 from the head of Surface (I would like to say mike?) because their site was being a little bit weird. so a couple days went by with no word but then i got an email saying he just got back from a family vacation and the skis would be shipped within the next 48 hours. So here i am a month later with no skis. I have tried e-mails to their information service at their site and even to the owners personal e-mail with no response. Does anyone know a way i can get a hold of anyone in the company or how i could contact them? Any info would be great

Sparks: I ordered skis from surface a month ago, not here yet, how do i get a hold of them?

they're in the SLC. dude those guys are so down to earth and cool. it must be some sort of mistake, cuz i know that they wouldn't do it on purpose.
 
no doubt theyre cool guys and i got it taken care of, just a litte frustrating for the month wait with no contact. but they were very helpful when i finally got a hold of mike and my skis are enroute.
