So I'm 18, and about to be a senior in High school, and i live in this small neighborhood with a little country club, and a 9 hole golf course. Anyway, one of the mothers of a girl who is a year younger than me and my buddy, is extremley good looking, and we always make jokes about getting with her, because when she drinks, she often gets very flirty and comments on how hot we are and the such. mostly my buddy, because he works at the club as a lifeguard at the kiddie sized swimming pool.

So me and my buddy come home tonight at about 11, and He is staying with me because his rents are out of town, so he is sleeping on the couch. Well when we get home, this MILF, Janice we will call her, is sitting on my couch talking to my mom, who had obviously befriended her. So now at about 1:24, she is pretty drunk, sitting under a blanket with my buddy, upstairs, alone. My parents went to sleep, and after talking with us for a while, she announced that she was tood runk to drive, and decided to sleep here.
