has anyone seen their video? im not a hater but it was by far the worst thing i have ever seen... i dont know why anyone would want to watch it. that being said they still have a dope vibe to their products.
 
why the fuck does everyone care so god damn much about everyone else, what there wearing, how there skiing etc... jesus i really dont think we need "our own style" just worry about yourself, i personally have a lot of influence from snowboarders, i dont care, maybe i will wear tight pants, why? i think it looks cool, maybe ill wear my airlblaster coat... why? i love the people behind the company. Jonas is the nicest person in the business i have ever met. so down to earth. Its a really just a coat, just like the one you are wearing. Do what you want. seriously. buncha drama bitches...
 
well there are a bunch of people that don't take their style from snowboarders. just because your style comes from boarders doesn't in any way mean "all of newschool skiing style comes from snowboarders"

i do, do what i want thank you. all i said was that maybe it's time we stop referring to our style as snowboarder style. it's been over 10 years since "newschool" burst onto the scene and the style has evolved with new companies emerging to fill the void.

dude airblaster is just a cool company with extra cool riders and owners, and the clothes are sweet.  and a company all about fun,  and a company all about fun can never be played nomatter what.
 
um, that's actually an unintended use... if you use it on the same leg all the time, it's definitely a sign as to whether you're going natty or switch.

btw, this thread's a year old, so you might not want to waste your time bashing someone if they likely won't read it...

airblaster is sweet and watching travis parker snowboard makes me wish it were winter and there were snow on the ground, I like his style and how hes really good, creative, and crazy at the same time
 
You are retarded, telling when ur riding switch is one of the main appeals of the product. skiers use it to show if they are grinding natural and unnatural, because seriously how are people like judges supposed to know if ur grindin natty or not?

i had the crinkle cardboard vhs of afterbang when it came out and watched it religiously. I have no issues with robotfood and i love them, however, all those backing it in this thread (you too fintendo) so far have completely misinterpreted what their intent was with the film. Your free to take it anyway you want, it just gets a little muddled once you start arguing. Seen travis parker in optigrab? Did you know parker used to be a snowboard jock bent on being the best (not necessarily during filming of said part)?

Doing stupid things isnt the only way to have fun. Watch parker's cab 5 the rock to bump in lame, boronoski's X part, droffart's switch hardway nose danish on downrails (yeah i did!) just to name a couple.

I don't need a camera pointed in some dudes face laughing and high fiving while he tamedogs a flatbox in a giraffe suit for me to know when they are really having fun.

And although Airblaster pro's do promote fun, they can ride hard. Johnny Miller, Nick Dirks, Jonas Carlson, TJ Schneider, and so on... these guys are winning comps and putting together segments all the time.

And I can't believe Paul's unresearched statements slipped through the cracks! Benedek, Hampus or Scotty Arnold don't ride for Airblaster. They also ride really, really hard. Benedek is pretty much the best at jumping in the world.

I own that same movie, on vhs too. I don't think you read me right bud. Yeah I know that it's about just doing how ever you want. I was just calling out that dude who claimed guys like Mosesson sucked because they rep'd airblaster (I don't use any of their stuff, but I think they're pretty cool anyways).
 
yar, he never said they ride for airblaster. the point of this thread was the whole fun versus "not fun", airblaster naturally got towed in.
