This is basically my meal plan for the day:
-Around 3 gallons of water in total over the course of the day
-Breakfast is usually home-made wheat bread with a hard boil egg chopped up in it and a tomato with some salt, pepper, and mustard
-Apple and some home-made cheese about 2 hours after breakfast
-Lunch is usually another hard boiled egg with some tomato and some home-made elk sausage usually
-Orange with some cheese again and a small tomato and lettuce sandwich
-Dinner is some form of either salmon, mackerel, steak (usually deer or moose) with a salad that has some olive oil and vinegar with pepper mixed in
-Last meal is some more apple with cottage cheese and whatever water I have left remaining for my day
