Super park is on the gnarly side this year. Day one saw four major injuries: First to go was McMurry, came up short on the 100 foot stepdown, and I'm pretty sure he shatered his heels. Shortly after A local mammoth kid Jermy went for the 60 foot double at the bottom off the park. He lost all his speed going through the flats leading up to the jump, he hit it and ran into the wall of the landing. Broken nose and shatered ankle. Another random person I don't know got broken on the 100 foot stepdown, then late in the afternoon tanners ass got raped by the rainbow C rail. I'll throw some pictures of the jumps up this afternoon.

 
Are the jumps just too big, or did they let too many people in?

yeah i dont get that how last year they were killin that 120 foot hip and stuff, and now this year they cant handle it.

It sounds to me that theyre letting too many people in, but hey people get hurt, nothin you can do about it

i'd like to know that too. I mean a 60 kicker isnt that big if your a pro. A 100 fr stepdown is pretty freakin big though Maybe they had the wrong wax u never know

Mark Brennan (dspin1260) and jarod Dalen(frost) rode the park today. Mark landed a clean dspin 1260 tday. I guess that everyone is planning on hitting the big kickr again tomorrow.

your patellar tendon is on the front of your knee, like right kinda below your knee cap. that had to hurt cause its a big tendon.. where my new acl came from!

ya, i completely tore off my pateller tendon in 9th grade, i jumped so hard to dunk a baskeball it snapped off. 6 months of rehab, it sucked so bad

Guys the reason why everone was hurting themselves in the step down was because it was an extremely difficult jump to judge. the kicker itself was about 30 feet tall followed by a appoximately 60 gap and the transition was about 15 to 20 feet long. to too slow or too fast and you were basically fucked. Rory Will did a nice job of judging the speed he land a couple of clean corked 7 grabs nothing too insane but I give him props because everyone else seemed to be droping like flies on that kicker.
