alright boys and girls its time for the king of kang to drop some science and get you edumucated. I'm not sure what's gone on over the past 10 years but somewhere along the line, the art of the liu kang has been lost.
The deal is this, a proper liu kang is an art form unto itself...
i just watched every entry thus far and yes i did notice that most of those who entered round 1 were rocking the straight leg poke, but... you're missing one key element folks...
if i can teach you one thing, remember this... the extended kang'd out leg absolutely must be pointed towards the heavens as if to say "here's to you lord of the liu, i praise all that you do."
the liu kang is not a daffy with a safety grab, the liu kang is not a back scratcher with a safety grab... it is indeed a tightly tucked up steezed out safety grab with a straight leg ninga kick to the moon.
now get back out there, each and every one of you.. and hold em high. give it another try and make sure you kick em to the sky. i can't allow my legacy to fade out like a candle in a wind storm... not to quote elton john

He's definitely largely to blame for the back-sratcher louie steeze.

Finding Mr. Nick's / Pollards Propaganda segment as I type... it is probably the finest collection of liu kangs ever done.

youtube hates liu kangs. I've tried twice to upload the segment tonight and both times it just disappears... no copyright warning, just POOF.

they just can't handle something as emotionally overwhelming as your liu kangs...
 
i was just about to post that. the stereotype edit may be bunked... i dont think the audio is working... its loading to vimeo but might not work right.

I sincerely don't understand why kids no longer throw liu kangs in rodeo/flat 5's....it looks dope as fuck, and hey...at least it's not another fucking japan grab with that trick, right?
 
Its like a midget kicking another midget in the face. Or at least that what i pretend to do when im doing da kang
