Sunny Day Music

Daylight Savings time means more daylight and hopefully that the sun will finally show its bastard face here in Vancouver. That means less dubstep and more summer appropriate beats, so post up your hip-hop, trip-hop, indy, mashups, chilled out feel-good music. Bonus points if "summer" or "sunshine is in the title.

I'll start:

My summer playlist is all about forcefully faking the summer feel, read: noxiously upbeat and poppy. It also hasn't changed at all in a few years. Probably because anything less poppy I'll listen to whenever.

In all honestly, this stuff will probably be in heavier rotation. All from my skiing playlist this winter but should transition decently.
Teen Daze + Japandroids are required seeing as you are in Vancouver/static/images/flash_video_placeholder.png/static/images/flash_video_placeholder.png/static/images/flash_video_placeholder.png/static/images/flash_video_placeholder.png
