SUNDAY RIVER!

3 jibs were open. Tho snowmaking is ongoing which is a bit loud. They'll be moving the early season setup to T2 Sat night. Should give more room.
 
yeah today was kinda shitty, blowing snow all day, so tomorrow should be pretty good, they had 2 shitty rails up, but took them down at the end which means they should be setting up something better for tomorrow and sunday
 
The website says there is a mini jib park open, and from what jaylib said, hopefully it will be decent tomorrow!
 
Sooooo... who wants to host an NS Party on Saturday night? I would offer but Im staying at a fucking motel in bethel. Serously thoguh, someone should have a party on saturday.
 
todays ski update. if you read my last one i said SR yesterday when i showed up was a joke. the park crew must have taken the stuff out so it didn't get snowed in from snowmaking. todays skiing was actaully skiable. it was surprisingly nice except for a couple ice slides but with tonights snowmaking or a groom over it will be nice toamrrow. they opened up a few more trails today but its still only cascades all the way down. they have been making snow on sunday punch but not down to the lift. wtf? they stopped making like 500 feet short of it. the park tonight is changing out. they are moving it up to t2 where the opening park was last year and they are actaully brining stuff up. the crew said they didn't know what theyy'd bring up but probably a 24 foot box, a longer flat rail, just keeping it fun and to a size and a space big enough to make the park a lil more confortible.

 
todays skiing was supririsingly fun, yet the park was extremely gay..hopefully they do soemthing abou thtat
 
20$ till tomorrow if you bring in three cans of food. After that they'll probably be at least 35$.
 
I was wearing a green and brown XXL oakley Jacket with white pants with Volkl Walls. I had a g10 MX with oakley a frames
 
perosnally i thought the park was a waste of time, and didnt see the point in hiking that shitty thing. i just kinda zoomed through every time.

 
i will. i've got nothing better to do. i'm retiring the old white pants that i semi colored in. picked up some red oakleys for 120 at le pinnacle. they had some lib tech skis in there too.
 
There should be a way to recognise NSers cause i saw so many in what people tried to call a park on sunday but i didnt know. We should have something to recognise with
 
I put a giant ns sticker on my helmet, works for me. I haven't been up yet, but I might go up thanksgiving. What do they usually have set up by then?
 
i asked this last weekend but is anyone from around unh going up to sunday river or sugarloaf that has extra room in their car that could please give me a ride, i will pay for gas and i only need a ride up cuz i have a ride back,
 
they are phasing the t2 park out to the real jib park in south ridge. the new jib park is going to be in who ville, yes the old whoville locay. they put the cut stairs out there, its got a rail and a set but that was snowed in as of sunday with a bunch of random jibs on the side waiting to be set up. considering the amount of snow they just blew there as of last sunda i bt they were giving it a day of rest before they start forming. otehr than that they have the super mini jibs where the old srjp used to be and t2. i'll be up tomarrow thanks to the beuatiful invention called teacher conferences so if i remember i'll update it up.
 
update: the t2 park is gone and the only thing up right now are the mni jibs at soouth ridge. but the new jib park is going to be opened up on staruday at the old whoville location. there is going to be a stair case and there are about 12 other rails right beside that watiing to get set up. including c rail, fdf box, flat box, the FDs that go with the staircase and a bunch of other rails. Also 2 inches of snow fell during todays seshion. i'm not sure if the mini ji park will be up or not but i'm sure it will be. Ps. there was a large X'ed off whaletail that looked liked it might be a mini jump or maybe just for down rails, i don't know.
