Sunday River this weekend.

ill be going sunday if they open. black tall tee it says mountain sole in blue on the bottom and a weirdly designed black and white pants with dynastar trouble makers. mayby a black and white helmet mayby just a bandanna and headphones ill see what im feelin

Going to take mother nature totally defying the forecast that has been put out. Current weather forecast shows no window for snomwaking at all anywhere in the northeast tonight.

so it sounded like there gunna call it like later tonight or tomorrow morning. atleast thats what there fb status made it sound like

apparently, tonight possible 1-2 inches in the higher elevations, if this stays true then its certainty a possibility that they open on Halloween

Actually, from what i think i know about snow making (which is admittedly not much), when it's snowing out it actually lessens the ability to make snow, because it means there is relatively high humidity usually. Not to be a downer though, i want them to open tomorrow as much as the next guy. And im also talking at least somewhat out of my ass.

well you are pretty much right. my shits ready to go but probably will not get used tomorrow unfortunately

Next weekend will be K-Town and Sunday River. Wouldn't be too shocked if we see a park setup at the bottom of Mt Snow too.

fuck yea

^^^ fuck yea.... and its gunna be cold for a while. atleast up until this sunday so i cant wait to get a bunch of trails (i hope) and 2 lifts ( i hope) and liek 4 or 5 rails would be sick

hypehypehypehypehype

I would think they would be able to get a good amount more terrain open by next weekend. That be sick because it would spread out the crowds a little bit, and hopefully allow them to have more than 2 rails.

I didnt mean to quote anyone on that, but in response to the person I quoted, i tend to trust NOAA more than the weather channel, they always seem to be more accurate for this area. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=44.46153683560693&lon=-70.87512016296387&site=gyx&smap=1&marine=0&unit=0&lg=en. Your right, Thursday and thursday night do look pretty shitty, but they should be able to put down a really solid base before then, and then repair a lot of the damage on friday night, so im not too worried.

yeah and just checked your site there, rain amounts to total "a tenth to a quarter of an inch." I don't think we've got much to worry about.

ill be there sunday =)... cant wait to shred with everyone

anyone think they will have a good set up

set up = probably not that good. 3 rails i think maxx probably the 2 simple rails that they had last time plus a flat box or dfd box or corrugated pipe.

the should set the park up over on the bottom of upper sunday punch/lower ecstacy where it was a 1 point last preseason. they had a down box dfd box flat ril and flat bx and that was sick..hope they do that again but whtever is cool..
