Sunday River this weekend.

Sunday River has a new mountain manager and honestly he isn't ready for the position. That is going to affect how things roll for the first year he is in charge. Brent was the shit and I didn't want to see him go.
 
wow Killington can manage to put up 4 features and SR can't even get a goddamn flat bar or somthing... guess i'm not going up this weekend

Dude... they barely had enough snow to open on Saturday let alone get enough snow to set up a shitty flat rail... Be thankful that they even opened up. I'm sure they will put in features next week once they have more snow.
 
Are you down with a ton of weed smoke? I asked my friends back in greenwood(20 minutes from sunday river) if they were looking for room mates which im sure they are.
 
Were you at the Jay, Maine Rail Jam or Lost Valley Rail Jams? It takes like no snow, I had a great time saturday but in all honesty they could have had at least a rail setup
 
Whatever, I am just happy they opened. Features or none I still had an amazing time blasting off of the moguls during my runs.
 
someone please post the setup by sometime tonight. really wanna see the setup before i say screw my homework and drive over to sunday river for sunday
 
setup was

a short like 6ft flat rail

a flat blox drop to another flat down box (really fun)

and like a 8ft flat rail

i actually had a ton of fun it was a great day
 
Today there was a flat rail, and a flat drop flat down box, and a decent size down rail. Way better set up today, but horrendous icey conditions
 
Still a fun little time it was kinda warm, the park was in the sun and the setup was pretty seshable. Stoked for next weekend yo.
 
Hopefully see some of you homies next weekend. hoping to make the commute over from Loaf sometime (depending on if I can get my employee pass).
 
If they are still running mid station they won't let you up even if you are a employee. All non essential employees are not allowed to ride when its just mid station. Biggest bullshit ever.
 
yeah there's a lot I have to do to grab it, they probably don't start issuing them until they get close to opening. BUMMER
 
we're supposed to be skiing midweek afternoons starting tomorrow. I wouldn't take that for fact but I'll get back to this thread when I have more info.
