nice, ill be there tommorow but im injured so im just getting drunk in the hotel and hanging out. plus killy is making big shit at bear next week.
 
UNOFFICIAL UPDATE NUMBER 1.

picture as of 325pm from t_robs cell phone. the mound itsself is at least 40 feet high and its the same height as the lift towers. as you see from the picture they were building a huge ass lip on the top. no idea what the wedge on the left is and there is also another small jup in the picture.

Oh, possibly a drop to rail? Or a cliff style drop? Maybe they'll push that lip back and make a nice step-up.
 
from what i hear they are putting up an aerials style jump, and maybe a rail or two.

but thats what you get from the "best snowmaking in the east." a shit park all year. i'm surprised that sunday river even helps out with this.

he was so dope in wicked, havnt seen much of him since then though...i heard he got depressed and cut his head off last year but they were able to tape it back on... might just be a rumor though...idk
 
^hahha. well the first day went pretty well, no injuries to speak of, most everyone got a shot or two and the weather was perfect. jump is between 75-80 ft and smooth, thats pretty much all they have right now besides a huge gap to down box that only kiesel hit. don't really know what else to say..ahmet kills it, martini too
 
idk, some pro photog was there snappin shots, theres one whole picture of it on the sunday river website. other than that probably this weekend some more shots will be up.. epic session today, tomorrow should be sick too, also, as well.
 
By tomorrow we'll have a gallery up from day 1 at sr.com. Also likely that freeskier will have coverage in the coming days. Edits are on the way too. Day 1 was def best weather. Turning snowy tomorrow.
