In your opinion which mountain has the better terrain park overall? Sun Peaks, BC or Schweitzer, ID? And don't just say Schweitzer because you've seen Yeah Dude...

skied sun peaks a few times

havent skied schwitzer but it looks better from seeing yeah dude laps take a while at sun peaks park though

Sun Peaks is my local hill. It has a really good park this year. It has 3 parks actually. A small, a med and a L/Xl.

The Bigger Park has....

c-box

down box

30 foot stepdown

there is a jib between two trees

a 30ft long round down bar

30 ft jump

or a 20ft up box

a 50 foot jump

and the 65 footer at the bottom

In the medium park there is really 3 lanes.

1st has a flat bar into 2 medium jumps

2nd has a down box into a flat-up box

3rd had a flat-down box into a flat-down-flat

2nd and 3rd med lanes also go into a battleship and a wallride at the end.

Hope that helps!

We just got a ton of new boxes and rails this year. All of the old topsheets were replaced with new stuff and it slides great. Anything else you wanna know about sun peaks other than the park just ask.

schweitzer can get super foggy an the park is not well maintained. ther is only one park an the whole mountain is pretty small with no real terrain

i have skied schweitzer for a long time and its not bad considering the other mt's in the area but the only parts in yeah dude that they usually have is the rails, the jumps are not even close to what the movie shows but i would assume that most people understand that concept Pro's come they make jumps bigger better they leave, jumps go back to normal.

very true. Plus they have NICK RIZZUTO at schweitzer. Also I am sure all the canadians dont think they are the next up and coming hood rapper wearing there baggy ass brightly colored shit that is 4 sizes too big

dang that kills schweitzers park.

i ski schweitz, the park has potential, but it is true that it is poorly maintained, and yeah the mountain is foggy most of the time.

although in my opinion, it's a relatively big mountain, with lots of steep stuff, and cliffs and all that so it would definitely keep you entertained i think.

Definitely sun peaks, or practically any other okanagan area.

Schweitzer can have a decent rail and/or box, but their jumps... are... pretty bad for the lack of a better word.

sun peaks is tight. i just got back from there like 2 days ago. they have great weather and their park is sick. real nice jumps
