Has anyone here been to this ski shop?

Give me your opinion... My opinion...I dont like them one guy was a complete ass to my and my friends.

haha i like that place a lot. ive been there a couple times since they opened earlier in august and both the guys are pretty chill. they have some good shit too. which guy was a dick to you and your friends?

yo I go there a lot, John was probably an ass to you. Kind of a short guy? he can be pushy sometimes but hes a pretty nice guy once you know him. they carry really good stuff, i like the store. I could see how you could get a bad first impression though

Summit is like a hidden Jibij on the east coast, but they also sell other stuff, but their Freeski selection is NUTS!

im supposed to work at summit danvers but unfortuantly i cant take the job :(

i didnt know there were more newschoolers that lived so close to me that they can shop at summit! oh my gosh!

I've been to Summit before and it had a sick selection of skis but I thought everything was way over priced.

yea i just got my urbans mounted there the other day and it was 50 BILLS i was like dammmmmmmmm cool people but everything was pretty pricey

summit used to be a good shop especialy the framingham one they did carry good skis...i think they just lost their small shop focus

so do these guys know what there doing? cause i need to grab some new boots and i'd rather not waste my time if there no good cause usually i head up to a shop in nh for my ski stuff

im from the good ole mass. I wasnt saying summit is bad, im just saying its not anything like jibij

it does have one thing in common with jibij, and that is that it's not ski market. which makes it rule.

preciesely, independently owned, not afraid to carry independent brands, and people are much smarter @ summit.

The people there are the chillest I have ever dealt with involved with skiing. End of the season last year I got a pair of pants, brand new, last years for 75 then a free ski movie and a shit load of stickers, then they offered me 3 free passes to okemo. I was in heaven. I love proctor jones

thats strange because i can walk in there and talk to the owner on a first name basis and he will give me honest opinions. I mean the owner, teddy, rides armadas and even helped get snow for bp, myself, and a few friends. not to mention they will match any price.

No... I quit the Ski Market because they refused to recognize that newschool skiing is the way of now! Their upper level management is old, out of touch, and unwilling to change. Ski Market had the buying power and the resources to be the best ski company on the east coast hands down...however, each and every year they fail miserably! I'm not saying summit is a bad shop, I like teddy and I like the product they sell...but, it seems to me that years ago they seemed to have a more chill attitude and were more customer focused. I say just get back to that...forget about everyone else...focus on being the most progressive shop around...and all the kids will follow...C notes in hand.

I work at Ski Market in Framingham and it's really not that bad...we don't have that bad a twintip selection. We just have so many other skis that the twin tip selction thus is ignored my many of the people who buy skis there.

But, like joe said, the higher-ups are out of touch with skiing today and don't understand newschool skiing is picking up steam.

I like summit, most of the guys are really chill there and the guys who work in the shop are super cool to me even though they know i work at ski market.

Selection is dope to, they had a lot of atomic last year which was pretty sick.

its alright they have some cool stuff...but i always feel like im being watched when i go in there.
