How can u buy one if you dont live in CO but will be there in winter? It says you have to buy it in person.

They sometimes open up sales for it late in the season, but it's a rare site - that's how I got mine, but I already had a Peaks Pass from like 10 years ago. You have to buy it in person.

it is called a colorado pass for a reason. this year however, they extended it till dec. 15 or something and charged a little more for it. then, after christmas, they released the ski 3 pass, which they had never done before. it was basically a buddy pass but a little more, still under $500 though. the best thing to do is probably get a job where they give you a free one. like a ski shop or something. even some non-ski related places in breck have ski pass incentives.

Yeup, that's what I got - a Ski 3 Pass. I hope I can get a job at Vail Resorts so I don't have to throw down a half grand on a pass.

gotta buy it in person. If i were you i'd sack up and get the epic pass. $579 and is good at all vail resorts for the whole season. I'm gettin it and plan on easily putting 10 days at beaver creek.

yea i have the same problem, im from md and trying to get the colorado pass for this winter. epic pass is the only way to not buy it in person. or they sell it again for around 349 labor day weekend. lines should be real long tho, so come early.

If there is anyway you can make it out here... do. You can renew online if you had a summit pass last year, but if not you have to be here in person. I know it sucks and I wish they could change it but I guess thats the way it is for now. Also, be sure to bring credit or a check because (at least at my store) we don't accept cash. If you only have cash, then get a money order. Vail's rules on buyin passes can be a little shitty, but don't get mad at the people working because its not our faults.
