like balance boards and shit like that can help alot for rail skills, also diving can really help for awareness in the air its also pretty fun
 
There are lots of sports that can help your skiing.

Tennis, golf, basketball, baseball, etc. - helps you with balance and leg strength. You can also do yoga and pilates for core strength. Anything will help your skiing. You just have to look at each aspect of every activity.
 
yeah i know baseball and stuff helps but i was wicked sick over tryouts for all spring sports and they wouldn't let me tryout so like i just find huge rocks and spin the shit out of them (or try)

i run. skate board. fruit boot scooter. trampoline. and go to my friends summer set up

skateing helps alot with balance
 
you may want to try blading. u might thinks its gay but apparently it helps with rails a ton. i cant say that it helps because i dont do it but its worth a shot
