So my buddies and I are planning a trip to Cali (we live in Minnesota) this summer right after college is out and before our summer jobs start...just throw some cloths in the trunk cash for gas and head out...so we are curious on what we should do...we just want to head out there for fun since none of us have been to the west coast...we plan on heading to LA then south to San Diego...haha the biggest problem though is places to stay cause hotels are expensive so could we sleep on a beach or something? haha also does anybody know if we can cross in to Tijuana with out a pass port if we are on land? we also tossed around the idea of trying to live out there and get jobs for the summer for the hell of it ha...so if anybody has any ideas or anything let me know.

why does everyone who doesnt live in cali want to live there???seriously its cool but they're are way cooler places unless your into the whole scenebut you guys should just find places to camp at, i dunno about sleeping on beaches in LA tho

You cannot cross into another country without a passport sorry on land, air, or by sea. You could always cross illegally but then there is that whole illegal part. I think though if you act now and start the process you should have your passport by the time you leave.

come to hood.. camp//ski a few days.. travel to ORcoast then down south along the 101 and camp along the way.. take it to mexico. rawk awn.

right on...so i just remembered i have a cousin (shes 25) so not much older than us who lives in burbank and she said we could chill there...we just want to see new stuff ya know? never really got out much...i went to DC as a little kid and chicago a couple years ago...but haven't been any where exciting...

so should we be able to find plenty to do in the LA area for a week? hitting up san diego would be cool too see some stuff..were thinking a dodger game...maybe try to get into a prices right filming...any suggestions are sweet...obviously hanging out on the beaches too.

I heard Hood is a really cool place to be, lot of nice people and the ski industry is really big, deff a good suggestion

i would love to go to hood...but the problem is im the only guy that skis out of the other guys so they probably wouldn't enjoy it that much.
