hey i started gettin ready for this season. I've been doing alotta trampolining, blading, and other stuff. do any of yous have any good 'summer training' tips or workouts?
Ice cream is a necessity. And, since i moved to Utah i've been doing a fair amount of mountain biking, and when i get super bored i trail run. Supposedly trail running is great. Helps legs a ton... different muscles when going up, vs. down. Helps your core when you run down, and helps with balance.
It always helps to do some running / cycling to get the heart rate workin and get your cardio in shape. Lifting is always good, just be sure to do it properly.
Steve..... like anyone can even know that. If i remember correctly today when we hiked, you were the one who had to stop for a breather every 2 minutes. Helllloooo, a little less computer sesh, a lot more exercise.... clown.
