So i hate doing this, but i need to, because I cant afford to pay for a room in a house that I'm not living in.

House is sweet. multiple NSers can vouch for it. Great location, close to parties, but also slightly removed so we have some families as neighbors. I pay 650/month plus utilities, and i dont wanna go much lower, but i will for an NSer in need. but seriously, tell you friends too. shoot me a pm with any questions or offers, I just want to get this out now. alright kthanxbaialev
 
sorry i cant help you, but damn! 650 a month for a house in burlington! thats expensive. i pay 500 for a house on the beach in rhode island.
 
i guess uvm students are willing to pay more money than uri students. my 3 roommates and i have a 6 bedroom house with two kitchens and 3 bathrooms and a view or the ocean from the second floor. 500 is the average price around here. how many roommates do you have?
 
we dont really have a huge choice of how much to pay. i can live far from school, away from all my friends and pay a little less, or live in a dump and pay a little less, but most places arent as nice as mine and cost as much or more. some apartments are dumps but because of their location are 650. sucks but thats how it is.
and i have 4 roommates, all dudes
 
True story. I pay $1000 for a one bedroom, but it is nice (as in completly rebuilt from the foundation in 1998) But i split it with my gf, so $500.
