yeah. put some cooking oil on the edges to guarentee that they won't rust over the summer

I just hang them in my basement but tuning back the din settings is a good idea.

lay them flat on a shelf in my basement. I dont think they can worp but just in case I make sure they dont stand upright for the whole summer!

I leave the 3 pairs of skis I own in my room. I say goodnight to them everynight, then pray for an early season.

Give em a wax job and dont store them in the attic or anywhere too humid. Hey, does standing skis upright for, say 1.5yrs warp them?

get them base ground at the end of the season, put a good think coat of wax on, iron it in really well, scrape it off...do that a couple of times to really impregnate the base with wax. Then, use a cheap travelling wax or even something like parafin wax to seal them up for the season. Strap them up and put them away in a corner so they aren't teasing you for entire summer.
