Summer setup help :(

I'm sorry in advance but I don't know where this thread belongs so bear with me.

Now, I'm in a bit of a dillema due to the fact that I have a decent setup but the only thing is that I've been using a bungee to gain speed to hit the rail and that bungee snapped a couple of days ago when my dog got to it. So essentially what I'm asking is what would be the best thing to build in order to get the speed I need? (I don't have a bunch of tools... yay college... or anything to build my own downramp so I need a alternative or a really easy way to build one)

Thank you guys so much!!!

try the search bar, you'll probably get better advice there

I couldnt find a better picture but you could drill small pvc tubes sideways into wood and lay it out on a hill. It usually goes faster than turf and I'm starting to build a setup like that. I'm sure you could figure out a way to build a kicker onto the rail too

build-a-jib 101 cult

but that cult is more inactive than gabriel iglesias' gym membership so it's better to post here. the "watch" option has improved that though.

you would have no grip.

Landscaping fabric works well, better than turf, and is pretty cheap.

I made a set up quick last summer but ended up never really using it much. I used some outdoor carpet and just stapled it to plywood for an in run on a steep slope. It actually worked really well and after the first few times of using soap and water on it i got enough speed just on it dry. A lot of people say you need astroturf, but that shits expensive and imo the outdoor carpet works just as good, and its much cheaper. Hope this helps!

Get a ladder put some ply wood on one side and throw some turf or lattice on. Add some supports or something to the ladder and figure out what to do to the top so it's flat and you can put your skis on.This would just be the drop in idk what to do for the rest.Dont hate I just made this up in my head. Instead of this /\ make it this

/ \ pretend the lines are connected

Use astro turf with water and soap. and make a drop in make it no more than 6feet off the ground no less than 4. to save money use pallets, look at local businesses, craglist, and at your hard wear store that sells lumber for wood.
