Summer setup help

i built a summer setup a few days ago and it isnt working. i cant get enough speed to make it to the rail, i only get to the tomp of the jump. im currently using a a tarp w/ liquid laundry soap and water on it. i was wondering what i could do to make it work.

jump off you roof, that always works for getting a little speed

put the tarp on a bigger hill... or go to the nearest skating center and get snow. but i bigger hill will work for sure
